Subway - Mount Vernon

The new foot-long roll-ups were quite delicious and offered great value.

The staff at this Subway is friendlier than any other I’ve ever visited, and I eat at Subway almost every day. I'm currently here on a business trip for my job training, and I wish this Subway was back in Terre Haute, Indiana, where I'm from. The team at the Mount Vernon, Illinois location is incredibly courteous and always prepares my sandwiches perfectly. Thank you for having such wonderful employees!

My father placed an online order for pickup, but when he got home, he discovered that his sandwich was missing the bacon. He had ordered a BLT, and I can't understand how they could forget such a key ingredient. As a result, he had to return to the restaurant to get the bacon. They tried to explain that they had forgotten to take it out of the microwave.

Clean and orderly establishment, my order was 100% accurate, and the two young guys were very polite and friendly. All the tables, the floor, the prep area, the drink station, the counters, the ovens, the toaster, the parking lot.... all of it was completely clean! The guys were on par with proper sanitation with washing their hands often and wearing gloves that they changed any time they touched non-food items like the toaster. Great food, great place, great employees. I will absolutely go back next time I'm in the area!
