Abe's Bagels - Mount Wellington

I purchased a pack of four bagels, but two of them were not properly risen and were gummy and unpleasant. Despite being smaller than the other two, quality control did not catch this. We tried toasting them, but they were still terrible and clearly not cooked properly. I reached out to the company about their satisfaction guarantee, as the bagels were of poor quality and not cheap. However, they mistakenly thought I was complaining about mold, even though I never mentioned mold - I even sent them a picture to clarify. After promising to send me a voucher in 15 days, they failed to follow through. After reaching out again, they promised to send it in another 15 days, but it has now been another month with no voucher received. It is disappointing that a company would advertise a satisfaction guarantee but not honor it. This experience has left me frustrated, as I rarely contact companies in the first place, and when I do, I expect better customer service.

I really enjoy these bagels, especially the Parmesan ones. They make the best BLAT bagels ever. Last night, I tried Abe's Marmite Bagel Crisps and they were delicious. Such a great combination!
