Starbucks - Mountain Brook

Lexie and the whole staff have always been great! Exactly what I order every time and great attitudes

Hands-down the most well run Starbucks in Birmingham. This location makes all other locations in town looks sad do yourself a favor and go here if you want good service and good drinks

I feel like most Starbucks have similar products, so this review is based on my experience at this particular location. I usually stop by this Starbucks on the days when I take my dog to daycare. During the busy morning hours, they always have someone ready to hand out orders as they are prepared. By my second visit, the woman assisting me already knew my name and greeted me warmly. The staff at this Starbucks is always friendly and helpful whenever I visit. If my order isn't ready, they quickly make it right. It's always a pleasant experience that I look forward to.

So, I can't talk about the interior for this location because when I stopped by you could only order from the drive through. I can't agree with William B regarding the staff being rude to black and Hispanic customers. I had a Hispanic family ordering in front of me and that seemed to go smoothly. And as you can see from my profile I'm clearly not white. Staff was friendly nice and even struck up a conversation while waiting for my drink. Starbucks is usually the same from coast to coast it's the customer service that makes the difference. So manager's listen up, when you have a good crew, keep them happy they are your reasons people keep coming back.

They are very short staffed and quite slow. Besides all that my drink was very good and the drinks are overall great so I recommend.
