Feedback gevenI have always liked subways they are hard working and try to get food done as fast as they can.thankyou to all the staff there for all your hard work and understanding.
No matter how many times you tell them how you want your sandwich on the online app to order to get the deals .I even detail it in the comments on the extra veggies and how i want and barely anything on the sub .Thats Excactly why i don't eat there 3 or 4times a week anymore
I went through the drive-through and ordered my sandwiches and then sat at the window for 15 minutes. Nobody ever came to the window. I ended up going inside to see if it was easier to get and pay for my sandwiches and the manager was really rude. WhenI finally got my order it was wrong. I will not be going back to this Subway
Ordered on app a BMT salad with double meat for curbside pickup. They gave me the oldest lettuce in the store, didn?t put in the other veggies I ordered, and put in a bunch of onions which I said I didn?t want. Not happy. I guess if you don?t watch themmake it they do what they want!!
Several weeks ago I visited and had a good experience. I do not eat bacon or ham and kindly asked the sandwich expert to change her gloves for my order. She was very kind and did so without a fuss and with graciousness. Today, not so much. The two guysacted as though I?d called them bad names and seem to take it personally. I was clear both times that it was the bacon. Ifsolely based upon today?s visit I would not come back. You?re batting 500. Next visit will decide.
