Alberdeen Inn - Mountain Top

The food was outstanding. Although the service was a bit slow, it was worth the wait.

My wife and I both ordered the trio of mini cakes, which were nicely prepared and had a hint of spice. The complimentary bread was also quite good. My wife chose the roasted-filled haddock, accompanied by a side of sautéed zucchini and squash. She remarked that it was well made, although the flavor was average. I opted for the New York strip steak cooked medium, served with potatoes and the sautéed zucchini and squash. The zucchini and squash were well-prepared and flavorful. However, my steak, while cooked correctly, was rather bland and lacking in seasoning. Both of our meals included a side salad with fresh garden greens, which was quite enjoyable. Since it seemed that only one person was managing most, if not all, aspects of the dining experience, the service was a bit slow. I found the prices a little high relative to what we received in terms of food quantity. This place never disappoints. We held our wedding dinner here back in 1991, and it's still a favorite of ours. We love it!

Excellent food and great service. I had the old NY stripe, my wife has the chicken stable, and my daughter had delicious homemade chicken fingers with homemade BBQ sauce and homemade ketchup. Good work, gentlemen!

We went to Alberdeen Inn on Mother's Day and we had a very nice experience. Everyone loved their meals, appetizers were excellent, and desserts were delicious. The staff and waiter were very nice and extremely attentive to all of our needs and wants. The atmosphere is relaxing and has lots of charm. We recommend Alberdeen Inn and we look forward to returning again!
