King's Pizzeria - Mountain Top

I've had some frustrating experiences at this restaurant. The accuracy of the orders is often off, and I frequently feel let down by the musicians, staff, and even other diners. My friends and I ordered some entertainment along with our pizza, but after we paid, they abruptly canceled the show. The food can be decent, depending on what you choose, and the live entertainment on the terrace is quite good. However, everything else is lacking. The service is extremely slow, unprofessional, and at times even rude, and it seems like no one, including the owner, takes any action to improve it. The atmosphere in the dining area is chaotic; you can hear take-out orders ringing, people shouting, and there are more tables than they can handle. Unfortunately, despite being a local, I don’t think I'll be returning. It's disappointing because they do have the potential for good food. Overall, I've lost interest in dining here. Ugh.

I can’t quite figure out how this restaurant manages to be so successful.

This guys is accurate and I 'll add they SCREW musicians, vendors and customers all the time. Went for the entertainment advertised and some pizza. They got my friends and I there, we dropped our cash and then they cancelled the entertainment. The food is decent depending on what you order they do have very good entertainment in the lounge on the patio. After that good luck. The service is awful, slow, untrained, sometimes rude regardless of who you point this out to, nobody including the owner I met does anything about it..The atmosphere in the dining room is terrible. The takeout phones ringing, people screaming orders back forth and more tables than it could accommodate. Unfortunately if one lives up here they have the best product IMO. better to take out eat at. I won 't do any other business with them. Ughh

Went there for New Year's Eve once. They advertised filet mignon but it was sirloin, and the lobster was overcooked. Went to get a drink at the bar and couldn't get waited on even though it really wasn't crowded. Another time, they forgot my husband's meal. Won't go there for dinner.

Last night was terrible, no table reserved wouldn't put 2 together, waitress threw the straws across the table, no pino grigo no Lambrusco, ordered wrong dinner for one person watery Manhattans too much grease on veal dishes, seafood dinner had a shard of metal in it, no free meal just gave me a dinner to go,now we are afraid to eat what if the chef put something in in!!! should not have gotten a check at all...
