Baskin-robbins - Mountain View

They are fantastic! The service is excellent, and the ice cream is incredible. The prices are typical for the Mountain View area.

Steer clear of this location! The service was absolutely dreadful. Despite a line of eight people waiting outside, only two employees were present—one attending to customers, while the other simply cleaned. After waiting for 10 minutes, several people left without placing their orders because of the poor service. When I inquired why the other staff member wasn't assisting, she replied that they would get in trouble if they didn't close by 10 PM, and it was only 9 PM at the time. I will never return.

I was really disappointed to arrive at 9:44 PM only to find out they don't serve milkshakes. It would have been nice if they had a sign indicating that milkshakes aren't available at that time. It felt unnecessary and frustrating. With only 20 minutes until closing, there was definitely time to make one milkshake.

For some reason, not all locations offer this flavor. I checked the next two closest places, and they didn't have it either.

Update one year later: The employees are still fantastic and courteous. I'm upgrading my rating to 5 stars, as it wouldn't be fair to deduct a star just because of the location.
