Poor quality food and service in disposable paper cups.

I 'm surprised at such positive reviews. We experienced nothing of what is noted: we wanted a salad, there was no real salad, all were in cups filled 2/3 with rice cereal or shells or tabbouleh and a few more vegetables . We chose tabbouleh, it looked a lot like supermarket tabbouleh so blah, no customization. The gazpacho was very good. No other choice except desserts. No welcome, no smile, no service. The lady who was serving behind the counter was quite nice (beginner? because remotely directed by another, seated, really not friendly). We must have come across a bad day , it was last Sunday around 12:45 p.m. but that 's the experience.
