When we arrived, we said we had to wait 30 minutes, because our table still had people coming in. Other people were given tables before us when I asked why they said they had a reservation. I don't understand her thinking. Perhaps the walks should be offered to sit outside instead of getting our reserved table. the service.

Collect this place another go, but another let them go first, it was food poisoning and now hair in the food many thanks once again

Usually good, but today we ordered via their online (which we always do) and we were in a rush to get to next appointment so planned ahead and ordered ahead, received confirmation of order to pick up in 30mins . When we got there to pick the lady just said to my daughter oh we don 't have an order under that name, you must have called another restaurant she had to come back I had to give her my phone to show her the order. NO SORRY, NO apologies, just I forgot to put it thru, I make it now so first she just denies that there isn 't even a order, then tells us she forgot (although she hit the confirmation on the online order). So we had to wait another 15mins the 10mins trying to sort out why they don 't have our order bcuz the lady gave us the runaround which so all up we were 25mins late because of them missed our doctors appointment just a disaster but NO APOLOGY. The thing is their food tastes the same as every other Thai place sometimes even less flavour but we go their for convenience service well that went out the window today so we won 't be going back there. Why have an ordering system confirmation process when you don 't pay attention to it???
