Good food large portions. Fast accurate service on a phone take out order

I got food poisoning. Me and my husband went there. This was our first time. I had chicken primessa. Last night I had major heartburn This morning very painful.cramping in stomach diarrhea and very nauseated there on may 7,2023 Never again I spent 17 to.throw my food away Someone there should reimburse me for this

For years I have ordered Franks at least once a week without much of an issue, however after the experience I just had, they have lost a customer. I ordered Franks through doordash and I received the wrong order. I thought no big deal, I will call franks and get this resolved. I explained the situation and a very rude individual said that they are really busy and they will try to bring me my correct food. After the guy made that statement, I asked what do you mean by try, are you going to bring me my food, and he said they are really busy than hung up on me. This is crazy to me. Terrible customer service, family dinner ruined, and I probably wasted $70 as I doubt they will actually come and deliver my food. You lost me as a customer. UPDATE 5 hours later. Food was never delivered. I called back and was hung up on again.

Ordered takeout one night while traveling for work, the food was very good and portions very generous.

I find this pizza place to be ok but not that great. There are places in Ledgewood, Roxbury where I get amazing pizza. Forte pizza in Randolph I felt is best in Morris county.
