We were there for several recommendations. So far we only knew the address as fish trade. Cosy, lovingly furnished restaurant. The relatively small menu is noticeable. Something like that. The cook can concentrate on the dishes and dominate them well. In addition, of course, fewer ingredients remain and must be concerned. According to other guests, the dishes change regularly. You can also view it on the homepage. The restaurant was well visited. Tip: Best booking. I had a trout according to MÃ1⁄4llerin Art from the pond right next door (word literally). We have baguette beforehand with a peeling of color and a little bit of bite, probably as a sample. And it was also explained what this is, unfortunately I forgot. The trout including supplements was mega tasty. The skin is beautiful cherry and sharp. Just my taste. The waiting time for the meal was in the normal, acceptable range. The staff was friendly and funny. Yes, prices are not comparable to McDonald's or a small snack. But not overpriced and quality absolutely appropriate. As other guests told me, the boss did his training in a star restaurant. And you can see that in many things. Be it quality or dishes. My review: Absolutely recommended.
