I would like to say that it is freshly cooked here and the new cook had its first day. but as I said, a short info at the front and I didn't even mention it here. After some of the tables have ordered different sausages, I could try here and there. qualitati I also found it good and tasteful in any case very interesting. However, I find that a little more fat content would certainly not have damaged because in some cases I found it quite dry. or is that the lavasteingrill? the spekkkraut was a dream, so I like it. for some, adding an additional part of freshly grated merrettich was also no problem. So I had to make another choice. but also the salat, which is now on the map, sound very exciting: pears with parmesian chest, leaf saats and a honey-nut dress. there was another carrot that was suppe. the suppe was very good, could have been a bit hotter. from the resistance to a rather thick liquid, but better than too thin. my salad tasted very good. the first disc was somewhat thicker than the others and still very crisp. the other discs, but perfectly roasted. the salat very fresh and crisp and the dressing I also found great. in addition, some larger chopped walnuts would have been large. I personally would have hoped for a light fire with a little more sweetness/saturation, but maybe they are not that suitable. overall I was very happy with my eating! the menu is clear and what I like especially well, there are some dishes that they don't find at all or not so often. the burgers seem to be very popular here too, because gradually the more and more burgers migrated through my own field. And the Bbq sauce (and probably also the other sauces are made here themselves. on Wednesday there are fresh, naturally made cheese with potato salad. Let's see if we'll test this next time. Conclusion: not everything perfect and I vary between 3 and 4th but at 3.5 is naturally rounded.
