Feedback gevenOn the whole we were satisfied. The serving staff was friendly and attentive. Only the sommelier treated us very superb and arrogant! We wish he had a wine tour. This was denied to us, allegedly because we had not ordered the same food. (We had only a different course but most neighboring tables had this accompaniment, despite a different order. We also find the wine prices too high. We feel this as a wine-lover and a lover. We are more often on wine trips (Bordeaux, South Africa, Priorat, Toscana, etc. The food was very good quality and beautifully dressed. However, we had to wait very long between the individual courses. We got the main course after 1 hour waiting time!! We needed 4 hours for 4 courses!? In addition, various neighboring tables were moved during our meal and returned to their original place. Can't that end? The ambience should be somewhat more festive. We recommend the South Tyrolean Stuben only conditionally. Our friends should feel comfortable and not bored.
Menu: For 17 Gault Millau the courts lack the fine. One concentrates very strongly on the spice mixtures from the house, otherwise it is at home cooking when I have it with Scharff's Schlossweinstube, or Caminadas Schlauenstein, where we were only recently. Service: They did not really feel welcome and neglected. In a restaurant of this class it must not be that the guest must drink the wine himself. After payment of the invoice, the guest (we can also note with others) will not even be released as he is finally gone. Unfortunately we cannot recommend the restaurant. Maybe we had too high expectations.
Food was warm. A bell would have been nice as there were also quite long ways from the kitchen to the guest. Alternative to an intercourse was quickly found and was excellent. The kitchen feet were brilliant. Thank you.
The ambience of the restaurant is very pleasant, not overloaded with decoration. This service is very attentive and the wine advice is excellent. The dishes meet what is expected from an excellent chef for years. My Dry Aged bovine fillet with asparagus and Hollandaise was boiled to the point and tastefully a pleasure. The pasta bowl with summer truffle was sensational. During my next visit to Munich again a culinary fixed point.
I would recommend Mr Schuhbeck's restaurant again and again. Excellent kitchen, excellent service. What made me feel a bit, we had the 39 today. Anniversary and our table was not decorated accordingly.
