Fujikaiten - München

I had asked for a place at Running Sushi Band in the reservation. When we arrived we were offered a place on the first floor where you can only order a la card. Although there were free places on the band, we were not allowed to sit there. We were told we had to cancel our reservation before. After a long discussion, the employee remained unintentional and we left the restaurant.

Unfortunately we are sitting next to the band and the much too warm ventilation. So we quickly passed the appetite.

Unfortunately, we were treated badly in this restaurant. I do not recommend going to eat here, but tasting the many other good Sushi restaurants in Munich. The following thing happened: We reserved a table on OpenTable. As stated on the OT profile, this was in the à la carte area and not on the Running Sushi Buffet. But my friend had wanted Running Sushi, so we asked if we could get Running Sushi instead of booking. We were put down and ate. On the invoice we found 5€ extra. According to the service, this was the fee for the non-perceived reservation of Open Table, and although we still made sales in this restaurant and probably even paid (a lot) more than we had spent in the à la carte area. I found this extremely unharmed and then decided not to give a tip because of this wickedness. However, this was nothing, because the service power did not give any change money out even after twice demand. When we wanted to go, we found out that the Runnig Sushi case is running out of cooling water below and my girlfriend's brand new leather handbag has unfortunately completely broken. It was a short apologise, but no institutions made a reparation to afford the possibility was obvious that at least the unjustly raised 5€ could have been reimbursed. Nothing. All in all, the service was really bad and unfriendly, even before the problems with the bill have arisen. By the way, it looked extra after whether a table had to be kept free in the à la carte area, but nothing. This area was really completely empty, no single guest was there. This makes the fee unofficial than it already is. Never Fujikaites again.

We had a nice evening at Fujikaiten Restaurant. Two times the Running Sushi all you can eat booked and were fully satisfied. Various varied food, warm and cold. Sashimi, Maki, California Roll etc. as well as Thai Curry red, Wan Tans and fresh shrimps and mussels. Desserts are also served via the band. we like to come back.
