Yes, the place is quite dark, in a basement and the furniture is a tad bit old, but I found it actually quite cosy. The waiter was a little chaotic, but very friendly and welcoming. I had a tasty Lahori Aloo which was really nice (and hot! with super soft naan. Maybe not the place for a romantic dinner, but quite good for a quick lunch. They don't serve alcoholic beverages.
So we were travelling from Austria and decided to stop over for some Indian/Pakistani food. We ended up going to this place and it was the worst experience of my life. I have never come across such a bad customer service. The owner and his daughter had no manners whatsoever, the way they spoke to us was as if he was giving out his food for free! At one point we decided to walk out but we were all so tired from travelling we decided to stay. We placed a big order because it was 10 of us and when my uncle simply asked the owner for a glass of water the owner replies ' this is not my house it 's my business you have to buy the water ' I was so shocked with his response. Not just that but when we asked him about a dish he started being sarcastic. Oh and they messed up our order too. The daughter was the worst she had a face on with no smile whatsoever! When we asked them about our order the daughter started raising her voice at us. The place itself looked so dirty inside, the interior was so old I could even see the dust. The food was not even nice, it wasn 't fresh at all, the portion sizes were so small literally one portion of curry had 3 small pieces of meat. I personally believe that these type of places should simply be shut down!
First of all we went to this place 4 years ago and it was ok . We returned back to it few days ago and it was bad I won’t call it resturant . First off all the setting is dirty and not hygienist starting from the furnitures it self to plates and cutlery where finger prints are still there and the greasy table is another story . Food was prepared quick I don’t know if we can say it good or bad but I don’t know how they cook 50 items in the menu unless it preheated from the other days . Chicken bryani , butter chicken makhani , dal and lassi what we order it was not near Indian food taste wise and value wise as well Not Worthy At all all of our group felt sick though we all had bites only from what we ordered . Waiter was ok but not near from professionalism which can be expected from such resturant . There are much much better place where I can say you can eat really clean and tasty .
Loved the food..everything was great and fresh. I bet it's one of the best halal restaurants in Munich. They also even offer an Arabic menu.
The food in the buffet is surely the cheapest for 6.9€ but the food is not fresh and taste is okay. The biggest negative is the owner behavior as he comes and picks your plates without even asking and lacks courtesy, although the other staff members are well behaved.
