We waited a long time for the menu and eventually had to ask for it ourselves. Unfortunately, we were not allowed to take it on our own and the waiter seemed to ignore us.

Finding the hotel is a challenge, as you have to navigate through a parking lot with a sign that says entry is prohibited. The reception fails to inform guests of this unusual entrance and it is hard to reach them for assistance. The Wi-Fi is unreliable and the room keys often don't work, requiring guests to contact reception or room service for assistance with opening the door.

3 adults and 3 children (4, 6, 8) settled in 2 rooms (1 double for 2300 UAH, 2 junior suites extra bed for a child 3156 UAH). I was surprised by the stench in the room with sewerage, there is no air conditioning in the room (stuffiness and the stink of kangaroo), it is impossible to open the window to ventilate a scream in the street. Everything is very dilapidated, beds with wooden mattresses (very amateur), the floor is very dirty in places, especially between the beds. Pleased with only towels and bedding, clean and white.
