Mario's Natural Roman Pizza - Mukwonago

Last night, I ordered a Caesar salad with crispy chicken and a side of garlic bread. I was informed that it would take about 30 minutes for pickup. However, when I got home, the salad was soft and mushy, and the cheese had melted all over it. It seems like they must have kept the salad under a heat lamp to warm up the chicken, or it was ready much earlier than the estimated wait time, and that caused the chicken to ruin the salad. On a positive note, the garlic bread was great as usual, but the salad was really disappointing.

Mario’s always has great food for price. you basically always take a meal or two home in leftovers. their pizza and garlic bread are great.

We ordered a pan style pizza for carry out and it was okay. It was about 1/2 hour to pick up from when we ordered, so not bad for time.As for the pizza, I'm really not a picky eater and I love cheese. In fact, I almost ordered ours with extra cheese. However, I'm glad I didn't as there was so much cheese on this pizza it was really too much (I know there really isn't ever too much cheese... but there was) Other that, the sauce and pizza didn't have much flavor. We will certainly give it another shot as this was our first time here. I usually prefer the thin crust, but we ordered pan style for a change of pace, so I'll probably try the thin crust next time and will change review if it warrants.For those looking to sit down, there is also inside seating if you would like to eat there.

It's truly sad to see you close, but we ordered one final takeout, and it was absolutely delicious!
