Coffee was good but what happened to a smile, good customer service?

Very happy people and they welcome me so much! They know what they make every time!

I have been ordering strawberry acai drinks, just base no ice, and a cup of coconut milk. I mix it myself at work so I have drinks throughout my day. I've ordered it this way for a long time at all the Starbucks I go to. This one was the rudest snotty manager I've ever encountered at a Starbucks. She saw me, before I ordered ran up to me and said I talked to my manager and we have to add water to the base. I said I've never had problems at other Starbucks ordering that way. She said well I talked to my manager and I'm the manager here and you can't order that way. I started to order my coffee and said cancel that. I will NEVER come here again. I was appalled at how I was treated over the way I order my drinks. Side note a Starbucks employee gave me this suggestion on ordering the way I order that refresher.

I've always had good experiences at this Starbucks location. Everyone is kind and experienced. I've gotten coffee here since it first opened while my wife and I rang the bells for the Salvation Army Red Kettle.
