And the food, my goodness, the food was just the life changed good...Muy, Muy, Muy bueno. The main course was Chile's in Nogado and there were soup and vegetables and apple cake for desert (this is appleland) and wine. The grandchildren came by with Christmas gifts for us. But this is not all: Alma, the owner, recited poetry for us in perfect English. She and her husband were at the door when we were gone and say goodbye and thank you for coming. I was one of the highlights of our trip. This was a quintessential Mexican experience; we will never forget. You will also appreciate this special place.
I was on a tour when we stopped here. This part of Mexico is known for apples in the region. Delicious, well prepared food. A waiter for the whole dining room. excellent service. The owner, a charming lady, recited poetry, during the meal....A pleasant experience.
