Buffalo Grill Kingersheim - Mulhouse

It is a great place with a good ambience and very good food. The service is usually great although there is a waitress that is always in bad mood and makes everything half-occupied (which brings 2 menus for 3 people, we sit in a table without space for a high chair, even after we had seen that we had a baby and not offer one and so on. Just to clarify, the restaurant was not even at 10% its capacity, so there were enough tables, menus and high chairs available) Luckily, she wasn't responsible after we were pulled into another table.

We were served by Thomas tonight and we were very satisfied with his service and professionalism, we will definitely come back as long as Thomas will serve us, he definitely deserves a wage rise!! And the food was good.

Very friendly staff in English is exalted, American customer service with French beef as they proudly boast! Internet was a bit on and off, quick tip for one of the menus on the right side of the menu!

Probably did not go to a Buffalo Grill for at least 20 years and while nothing has changed much, we had a great experience. Fast and friendly service and the food was what expected. Plenty of stuff for the kids to get entertained.
