Absolutely beautiful food. Fantastic decor and very friendly staff. Could not have asked for more.

My most recent take away was a complete let down... The chips were burnt/overdone.. the pastry on the spring rolls were also burnt/charred..I was so hungry I ate them without even caring.. despite these comments this restaurant has a decent rep....I 've eaten from here before and despite the odd front of house blunder the food is normally tasty and generously portioned.. they don 't open as frequent as before mainly I 'd say due to demand/business given its location in a rural village.. However, I feel they are attempting to compensate by cutting corners hence the substandard meal I was subject to last time out.. the beef was too chewy.. no tenderness whatsoever.. I contacted the restaurant looking to speak to someone about the issues I encountered and so far I haven 't got a reply which isn 't surprising.. id rather spend a tenner on a burger n chip from than spend 20 euro on overrated grub.. they 'd want to pull up the proverbial socks and give patrons more value for money

Spotlessly clean, lovely tasty well presented food, great service. Highly recommended.

So disappointing to have visitors looking forward to having a meal in the EK ,looked up the opening hours and it said OPEN SOON @5. they went to the restaurant @5ish and discovered it was not open at that time or at all .tThey have visited before and were raving about the food .They were really disappointed .

The food and the service were great. Well set up for social distancing with a cleaning station at the door. The staff wore visors.
