I have visited this charming little café several times, located in Kitaab Khana. Despite its small size, the atmosphere is wonderful. The walls are adorned with frames of classic movies, surrounded by books, and offering delicious food. This time, I tried the burrito bowl which was good, but the must-have item is the bhelpuri sandwich. The pink pasta is also tasty. The service is quick and the staff is friendly.
This cute little cafe is located in a book store ‘Kitaab Khana’ which is a very popular and old book store in fort. This cafe has the best pastas and desserts. Its a small cafe and it also serves jain food. Do visit the book store and the cafe as well.
This restaurant is a hidden gem inside Kitaab Khaana, perfect for satisfying your hunger after browsing through their amazing book collection. The menu is diverse and has options for everyone, including desserts, mini meals, unique thalis, sandwiches, and even poutine! In addition to the regular menu items, they also offer three special dishes each day. The food is of excellent quality and the service is top-notch despite the small size of the restaurant. Keep in mind that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Overall, two thumbs up for the exceptional quality and service at this little eatery.
This restaurant receives four stars for its creative menu, ambiance, and service. Located inside Kitab Khana, one of the best bookshops in Bombay, it attracts a stylish crowd. My generous host ordered Sindhi Loli, while I opted for a hummus falafel on toast. Unfortunately, both dishes were disappointing. The hummus was lacking in flavor and the Loli was dry, a disappointment for any Loli lover. However, the tomato salsa was delicious.
