White Charcoal - Mumbai

White Charcoal inside Hotel Empresa is an impressive fine dine place with lovely classy decor and huge seating arrangements. The staff is polite and courteous. The place is insanely clean and felt good as soon as we entered. We were a group of 5 6 friends who were looking for a nice classy place to enjoy our Sunday Brunch. And WC was definitely a good pick. Food on our plate. Coolers Coconut Cooler Amazing flavour of coconut fused with watermelon juice, a slice of watermelon and a cherry on top : Kiwi Cooler Loved this drink. A total green drink with lots of mint leaves, ice cubes, kiwi fruit and kiwi syrup with some sparkling water. Peach Iced Tea Another great pick. We all loved this one. Nothing fancy about it, but the taste of peach was outstanding. Mango Cooler This drink was pink in color, probably some syrup add on but it delivered a clean mango taste. Nothing more, pure mango. Starters Korean Bean Sprout Salad Lettuce Iceberg, Rollo, cherry tomatoes, bean sprouts mixed well with ginger lemon and soya dressing. Topped with a Lavash this light salad was a good start. Minestrone Soup A traditional Italian soup served with a delicious bread platter which had Olive Bread, Bread Rolls and Breadsticks. Dimsum Gyoza Veg Fresh Veggies and mushroom stuffed and steamed with gyoza sheets. Amazing in taste. Mains Grilled Atlantic Salmon Herb crushed Salmon with broccoli florets, spaghetti aglio e olio topped with a delicious reduction of orange sauce. This was my fav dish of the brunch. Do try this one for sure. Corn Polenta with Ratatouille Fungi e Ragu Corn Polenta served on a bed of ratatouille and mushroom ragu. A definite hit dish. The Polenta tasted amazing and had a powerful crisp : Saufiyani Biryani Biryani with well balanced garam masala and cottage cheese with some vegetables served with Raita and the ever awesome Mirch ka Salan. Loved the salan. Desserts Mango Cheese Cake Honestly i'm not a fan of mango cheesecake, so this was just another dessert for me. Tiramisu Infused with Rum, this lovely Tiramisu made my day. So we spent a good time eating delicious food and sipping on colorful coolers. Do visit this place if you are a brunch lover. Btw, we also ordered lamb chops which looked delicious. Good hospitality n yummy food....the staff offers their best services.....the food quality n presentation is so beautiful that u jst cant resist ...would surely love to stay here everytime when we visit Mumbai....and would recommend everyone else to do the same.....

Luxury, comfort, hospitality, care, ambience, good food, curtious staff, good location, all amenities if any one wants to find in a hotel, then it is The Empressa, Andheri West. We experience everything during our stay on 7th and 8th May. Mr.Faizan , the Operations Head is very kind hearted person and always helpful. Just get pampered at Empressa.
