Chili's Grill - Muncie

The waitress at this restaurant was incredibly sweet and professional. She checked on me multiple times and made sure my drink never went empty. I was amazed by her service and how she engaged in polite conversation with genuine interest. It has been years since I have received such great service. They definitely need more like her. The only good thing about my experience was the waitress. She was great. the restaurant itself was dirty. bathroom are very rough. we waited for almost an hour to eat and it came cold. my wings weren't ready. No one in my party has finished their meal. I'm not going back.

I placed an order through DoorDash for honey chipotle chicken wings, chicken cramps, and southwest eggrolls. Unfortunately, my wings were undercooked. Everything else in my order was correct, but the wings were not cooked properly.

With friends to eat. we sat and outside was the waiter great. we ordered our food, all the house salads we ordered with our meals. we waited approx. 25 minutes until our salads arrived and then about five minutes came to our salads. I ordered the triple-dupfer and the Mey-Chipotle-Wrap was cold and my chicken tenders were raw on the inside. this is not my first bad experience here. it was very disappointing to spend 30.00 with a good tip on mediocre food.

This restaurant is extremely disorganized. The service is very slow and the staff seems unconcerned. I placed a pickup order and was told to park for "curbside" pickup. However, I had to wait 25 minutes past the pickup time before realizing I had to go inside to get my order. Upon entering, I had to wait even longer for someone to help me. This is not the first time this has happened, but seems to be a recurring issue. I think it's time to stop ordering from Chili's altogether.
