Mcdonald's - Muncie

I would give the service a 0 out of 10. I was waiting at the window when they told me to hold on for a moment. Twenty minutes went by, and during that time, five people left. I assumed I was next, but when I stopped for assistance, no one acknowledged me for 10 minutes. I eventually approached the employees to inquire about my order, but it seemed as though they were not working. The food quality did not match the prices, which are comparable to any restaurant or even a McDonald's drive-thru. Overall, it was a frustrating experience that wasted a lot of time.

This restaurant has two lanes, which makes it really beautiful. eating is decent and their service is not bad. but I love her egg. I will go back in the near future!

Waited 25 minutes, only for someone who takes our order, we were the only 2 people. no flowing water in the bathroom wash basin, dirty in the escap! if you want a good experience and good service, do not go to mcdonald’s in muncie! go to nebo the cleanest, friendly manager takes care of his customers and is proud of his restaurant!

Eating was good, pommes were old. but it was during a busy time.

The service was rude and unprofessional, with no concern for addressing the issues I encountered. To start, there was a screw imprint on the top bun, along with other unexplained marks, and the entire order was cold, stale, and completely unacceptable. Apparently, it was my fault for being served like that. The manager was wearing a name tag that didn't belong to them, mistakenly gave me a wrong contact number for reporting the incident, and when I tried to follow up the next day, their main manager essentially told me to go away because they don’t issue refunds. This place desperately needs a management overhaul; the way they treat customers is utterly ridiculous. But I suppose it's McDonald's, and they don’t seem to care about losing a few customers since they know they'll continue to rake in profits by serving subpar food.
