Taco Bell - Muncie

During my first visit to this restaurant, I ordered a Nachos Bell Grande. Unfortunately, it seemed like everything was just thrown together—there was a scant teaspoon of acidic sauce, a few tomatoes, and a mound of fried items. I spoke with a woman named Linda, who assured me that my food would be prepared properly. However, when I tried to reach out to her for assistance afterward, she didn't answer the phone.

The staff were unwilling to assist us and even argued when we tried to place our order. The food was cold and tasted terrible, and we couldn't even finish our meal. One woman got sick on the way home, and we couldn't address the poor quality of everything because the counter staff and other customers ignored us.

At 11:30 a.m., I attempted to use the drive-thru, but I was informed that they only serve at the door. All the employees were inside the lobby.

The history of the city bell is by far the best that ever visit....super clean and the ppl are very respectable in contrast to each of the marion in taco bells!

A quick fix went through driveup had to pull around front for order no problem but they forgot beef burrito Supreme and no sauce or reciept will go back if it's convenient
