Feedback gevenDay manager had his employee close the drive thru window on me because after 4-5 times repeating my order I was told to speak up so I yelled assuming it was an intercom issue. No, that caused the manager to not like my tone and refuse to take my order in the drive thru. When I went inside he barely let me speak, told me the employee was special needs, and still refused to take my order saying he'd help me order on the Kiosk. Corporate was called and I hope coaching happens because I've worked with special needs for years, no excuse for all that. Manager should of stepped up and helped instead of being sassy and rude and inconvenience me because his employee needed help with his job.
The ladies in the mornings are great and the food is always on point!
Like most other restaurants, they close early or wait times are long.
Too much sauce on the quesadilla and chicken not well distributed inside it.
I find it that this store is lazy to work the front counter and make you do it your self that’s laziness to
