Burger King - Mundelein

This is the absolute worst Burger King. Food is rarely correct. Always wait forever. When there is an issue, instead of being customer centric and helpful; they argue with you! You’re right there with the food and the receipt but they still have the guts to argue with the customer. Jerks. Not once…multiple times!!! I will always go to the other Mundelein Burger King on Midlothian Road. So much better service!

Good service Always! French fries hot and crispy, I Love whoppers!! good breakfast sandwiches too!

How hard does it have to be when you’re the only people in line and you ask them for hot sauce, they ask you how many them never put it in the bag? I mean is your job really that hard you can’t remember one god damn thing?!

Consistent and good. Always clean and orders are always correct. This can't be said for most places but this location is
