Starbucks - Mundelein

My daughter turned 12 and no free pink drink on her birthday!!! all her friends got one on their Birthday, I guess this Starbucks is different. I Will avoid this Starbucks from now on.

Honestly never had a bad experience until recently but when I say bad I mean bad I seen the baristas make multiple drinks incorrectly and then get pissy when asked to make it properly I was given my shaken espresso with literally NO ESPRESSO just a venti cup of milk and ice and when I explained the espresso was missing he admitted to the mistake but just poured the shots over the milk and sent me off.. definitely will not be back..

Staff is cheerful and happy it’s just what I need in the morning.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for many many years. But lately I’ve been dreading and hate coming here at a specific time of the day which is early morning because of the gentleman working the drive thru makes me feel extremely uncomfortable and is very rude and mean. Seeing him while getting my drink is definitely not the way I wanna start my day.

First and foremost huge shoutout to Chris and Victoria! The dragonfruit mango was a great selection, Thanks Victoria! Chris I appreciate the laughter this morning. It was a great start to my day! Hope you guys retain great employees like them who interact and make good recommendations to your customers!
