La Ribera - Municipio de Formosa

I visited on a business trip I was very impressed by the taste of the **** of this alligator. it is bred and cultivated in farms, so I assume there are no environmental damage to the species. If they did not try it before, I recommend it. it grilled.

The place is very good. exelent view of the paraguay river. the meal is very good. they have traditional food. as fried yacare .. (jacare is a kaiman.) reended

I booked a table day before the visit of formosa because I wanted one on the terrace for the view. Unfortunately, the weather was rather unstable, so that they set a table inside, but in a large opposite of the restaurant. we ordered a picada ribera. plus grilled provolone, let me tell them it was more than enough for 3 people who were not so hungry. priced we spent 50 usd. (food, alcohol-free drinks, drink)

This is the second time that I eat in this restaurant, two years apart, and still the same opinion. I had yacaré, which is the **** of a small alligator, and would have it again. it was really good. I had the...Yacaré al paquete, a white, soft meat, cooked in aluminum foil along with local spicy, sweet and noiset kartoffeln. it allows the weather, try the terrace facing the river. we took a rose wine and made a nice companion. a beautiful brise could accompany her to eat.

Very nice restaurant with a great view of the Paraguay River. Great variety including local dishes. The service was excellent. Delicious meals except for the steak that day.
