Howard Sons Quality Meats - Munster

Smells when you walk into the store very rancid smell. I called 30 minutes before I was on my way there and ask if they have fresh Rib tips I went in and they said no we have none unbelievable I was in the store for nearly 15 minutes and nobody acknowledged me being there or asked if I needed any help! It amazes me how businesses are not doing anything to keep their customers in tune with or they are aware of their surroundings I could have been staking the place out for anything. I did see 3 employees talking 2 sitting down 1 standing around talking as opposed to saying hi how can I help you!!!! I suggest that existing customers be aware of the sanitation’s they are practicing. I go to Robs in Dyer and I’m sorry I chose to waste my time at Howard Sons never again!!! I’ve been in the hospitality industry for over 35 years and I’ve worked in the restaurant industry as well I have never experienced bad customer service and behavior from staff I’ve walked by a total of 4 different people before I could of been helped Sorry I wasted my time. Horrible experience

Howard and Sons is grilling up a storm this holiday weekend. Don't miss out on the delicious bratwurst, it's excellent. And if that's not your thing, everything else on the menu is also top-notch.

The customer service at this restaurant is terrible. I will not be returning. Instead, I will be dining at Robs in Dyer. Malibu Barbie and the big chubby butcher should work on improving their customer service skills.

Great store clean!!! Staff is very friendly! I miss Violet! Best bacon and meats around! Won’t go anywhere else for my bacon! Butchers recommendations are awesome. The lady butcher was great! Thanks again Howard and Sons for years of pleasant experiences, and serving our community! My family and I are happy customers!
