We eat well at the Fabric Restaurant near the bridge in Muret. The setting is neat. The cocktails are original and the cuisine refined with quality products. We rediscover Jerusalem artichoke and parsnip. Well-thought-out pairings with sauces and emulsions that add pep to the dishes served. The desserts are also delicious. I enjoyed the place, the meal was really nice, the plates are neither too small nor too copied, it is the perfect medium to say that I really eat well especially when you take a menu that you are always afraid to have the eyes bigger than the belly.
