Buffalo Wild Wings - Murfreesboro

I love buffalo wild wings, but the service and the quality at this location is lacking at best. Most of the time, I take my food Togo. I ALWAYS have to get extra sauce on the side or buy a bottle, because there's barely any sauce on the wings, they are very dry. Tonight I ordered the usual, I get home open my food and found 9 out of 10 wings. It's not a big deal, but I'm a paying customer. I called the restaurant and after 20 minutes, the manager made excuses for his team and just offered me a couple of dollars. I don't really care about one wing , it's the service and the inconvenience. I also ordered celery carrots and ranch. The ranch dressing wasn't even half full.

Fantastic beer specials, delicious food, and attentive servers! The new location is vibrant and a significant improvement over the old one. There are TVs all around! Definitely worth a visit!

The service and quality of the food declines with every visit. My last visit confirmed t me that I will never return.Our server McKenna was not present for any of her tables. Once we received our food (I'll get into later) we never saw her again until we asked for our check.Our wings were rubbery and warm as if they were microwaved. There was absolutely zero flavor on the as well. Our fries were cold and hard ad if they dipped them back in the fryer and sat them out. This place is totally overpriced for the lackluster food and service. That was a waste of $54 plus a tip our server did not deserve.

The food is consistent across all Buffalo Wild Wings locations, but this particular one was a letdown due to the slow service at the bar. Despite it not being busy, the bartender's service was lackluster at best. I waited 10 minutes before finally having to wave him over just to place our drink orders. If management happens to see this, I recommend paying more attention to customer service—it's important to your patrons.

The food was decent overall. However, the timing was a bit off, as each dish arrived several minutes apart. By the time we were halfway through our meals, the two appetizers finally arrived. Unfortunately, the garlic cauliflower bites were lacking any garlic flavor. We mentioned this to the waitress, who was kind enough to remove them from our bill. On a positive note, the beer selection and atmosphere were excellent. Food rating: 3/5.
