Cicis Pizza - Murfreesboro

I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was friendly and encouraged us to order a special pizza. We are definitely back!

This is the best place I visited. For the complaints, I can only ask what you expect. The price is much less than a premium-sized pizza on most pizza chains. A great value for the price. You can order a pizza with the buffet for the same low price.

Probably the most dirty place I've ever eaten. The bathrooms were comparable to a truckstop and everything was sticky. The employees were nice, but if the health department came in, they would be closed immediately. I want to like the place because there are employees nice and the pizza is OK, but really dirty.

This place is HORRIBLE, I would not recommend my dog to eat there! It is careless, badly managed and just rough! I took my family there on a Sunday afternoon and boy I regret it! We had to wait for pizza to get out because there was literally no pizza on the bar when we arrived, the other customers were also impatiently waiting, so there was a fight for one or MAYBE two slices of pizza, I had to eat pepperoni (very popular) because it was the only thing that was available. We had to wait for ice. There was an eclipse drain hole right above the beverage fountain that smells like wastewater (no exaggeration) we sat next to him when it flowed over and the water ran under our table that ruined my appetite, I asked for a refund, but the manager told me that she could not because we had already eaten technically. She also said they had no other manager or company number. I was very angry and hungry. Oh, and I felt very insecure as there were employees who couldn't stop his pants (my children and wife had to watch his underpants at dinner) wore a pistol while the ice was filled in the beverage fountain.

I noticed everyone talking about employees not working, just goofing off. A picture of what they do all day. Play games while the restaurant went down the drain. The manager Ben, didn’t care. Not good. Visit date, 01/14/21, 12:45 pm. We tried to order the personal pizza they advertise on hanging sign and were only greeted with we have those coming out. Don 't have little order forms if you won 't honor them. My daughter wanted spinach alfredo on thin crust, not the reg. So no you didn 't have it coming out. My son has autism and only likes cheese pizza. He wouldn 't make that pizza either. Sat for 15 minutes thinking he took order, finally ask if he was making it and were told, oh there is half a cheese out I forgot to tell you. This is the major topper. While eating the guy that was making pizzas took a break and was talking to someone with a arby 's tshirt on and said the general manager has covid-19 and the whole crew was quarantined Not what you want to hear after you ate somewhere.
