First time in (recommended by a local M’boro resident and I am so happy ? I took their recommendation. I came in to place a take-out order around 2:30pm, in between the lunch and Friday dinner crowds. I walked up to the bar to order from Tabitha, who was wonderful. She patiently explained menu items and answered questions that I had about what to order. In between her other tasks, while I waited for my food, she and I struck up a conversation that made me feel welcomed. In fact, all the employees who passed by just to say hi ? were just as friendly. Even the manager stopped by to say hello (didn’t get his name: a Tennessee- looking guy with a beard ??‍ ?. When I got home, we absolutely loved the lean cut Chopped brisket and the cheese biscuits that are to die ? for!We will definitely be frequent eaters here.
