Little Caesars Pizza - Murfreesboro

I was here a hundred times over the years, and I have seen it in service.. Food is still as tasty and affordable as ever, so I hesitate to post everything too negative. However, wait over an hour in the pick-up window line, even after calling in my order 30 minutes before... Then they did not find my order and gave me another order at his place... Management is not good at this point, service is serious, but the food is great. Mixed (and frustrating) bag.

Pizza is what you expect from LC. The problem is that they are constantly understated. I understand that it is difficult to find people to work, but customers of this place should know to plan for an additional 15 to 30 minutes waiting time, even if you order well in advance. Hopefully, they will be able to support employees and get to their prestigious service levels soon.

My order was 6 cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizzas and they told me it was 30 minutes and tried to convince me not to order from there. The guys in the back complained and said I should call next time. I understand that they are probably understaffed and overworked, but I did not deserve to be treated like that. It's for my daughter's birthday party. Not satisfied with the customer service at all. I work in the restaurant industry.

Zero stars!! My husband just waited 38 minutes for his pizza. Two female workers shy each other and came to the face. That went on and on. They asked my husband not to finish bread sticks. That's what I ordered and two pizzas. They forgot how he continued to fight. The lobby closed so that he had to run there on the window with other cars. They asked what he was waiting for and said they forgot. Never apologise. Bad customer service ever. WILL NIE BACK!!!

Do not use their app! Ordered online and while tracking my order, the pizza never came up as finished and never received the completion email. I went to the front door and it was locked. I got in line along with ten other cars and got my finished pizzas. If they don't have the staff (which I completely understand) then disable that part of the app for the kiosk pick up. Pizza was really good though.
