Feedback gevenI wanted to order a strawberry Frappuccino, but they were out of stock. Fortunately, they suggested a similar substitute, which I appreciated. This was the second Starbucks I've visited this morning that didn't have my desired drink. I'm thankful to Chelsie for recommending a good alternative, especially since the last Starbucks I visited didn’t offer any substitutes at all. The drive-thru wait was also reasonable. Overall, great service!
Additionally, the service here is unbelievably slow. Expect to spend over half an hour in the drive-thru, and the lack of sufficient staff inside means you'll be waiting for a long time no matter what. I've even reached out to Starbucks corporate about the ongoing issues at this store, but unfortunately, nothing has changed for the better. Overall, the service is so poor that it feels like this location doesn't even represent the Starbucks brand anymore. Save yourself the hassle and frustration—just drive a little further up the road to the other Starbucks. Trust me, it's worth it.
Please note that my visits are limited to early mornings for coffee, so I can't speak for other times of the day. However, my morning experiences have been consistently positive. I usually order through the app, and when I arrive at the drive-thru, my coffee is ready just a few seconds later. The staff in the morning are always cheerful and friendly, making the whole experience quite enjoyable. This is especially appreciated when you're groggily heading to work.
By far, my least favorite location in town. My drinks are always wrong and inconsistent in general. The girls at the drive thru must be under paid or just working in a bad environment because they're always rude even if there's no line. My last straw with trying to give this location my time was when I ordered the same thing I always get and she told me she had to ask her manager. Then she said they couldn't do the modification which was literally replacing frappe roast for cold brew. I literally drove to the next Starbucks over and got what I asked for with no issue. Besides, the location is terrible to enter (not the employees fault), so better just to avoid it.
I like this Starbucks location most of the time. My issue the last 2 times I?ve been there, I asked for extra caramel drizzle on top of the whip cream. Didn?t do it. I called about it 1st time they gave me a new one. Today I called and told them I didn?t want a free one just making them aware of it. The lady told me it melts to the bottom. SMH. I took the lid off and looked. Whip cream not melted , no drizzle!
