The Soda - Murfreesboro

While I was sitting down to enjoy my treat, I overheard three employees loudly discussing a messy situation in the bathroom—apparently, there had been a malfunction with the toilet, and there was pee on the floor. They spent about ten minutes arguing about who was going to clean it up, which was quite off-putting. I really don’t want to hear that sort of conversation while I’m trying to enjoy my ice cream. On the positive side, it was clear that the staff was present and engaged in their work, but the overall experience could definitely be improved.

A must-visit spot for desserts! It's the perfect choice after a meal at Burger Republic or Steakhouse Five on a date night. They offer a wide variety of options to satisfy every craving. Definitely worth trying!

I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance last Friday while out with my daughter, who wanted an ice cream cone. The total came to $6.04. I had only brought $6 with me and didn't have the extra four cents. The two girls at the checkout seemed confused about needing the extra change, and they even asked if I had another form of payment. It felt like a hassle for just four cents! I mentioned that someone could easily cover the four cents for me since my daughter wanted her ice cream. Luckily, a kind person offered to help, and we were able to get the ice cream without leaving empty-handed. It was a small amount, but it really made a difference in our experience.

My husband and I stopped here for ice cream on our way through Murfreesboro. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to sample various flavors before we made our selection. Employees were masked, which was appreciated. My husband had a blended shake/fusion, and I had two scoops of ice cream. Flavors were very good, and portions were ample, but perhaps a bit pricey. The shop is located in an area with other restaurants and shops along a plaza with some green space, music, and plenty of seating. We had a nice evening enjoying our treats under the stars. We would be glad to stop here again when we are in the area.
