The food is absolutely delicious, and any issues or concerns I have are swiftly addressed and resolved during my visit. The customer service is excellent! Plus, the cleanliness of this location far exceeds that of the other restaurant in town.

When packing snacks for the 4th of July fireworks, Zaxby's family meal was the perfect choice. This was the second time at Zaxby and each time the service was excellent. The front of house crew were courteous and willing to explain our options. My son and I didn't have to wait very long for our order. The restaurant was neat and clean. We knew how the chicken strips would taste. We were pleasantly surprised how delicious the french fries and bread tasted. The bread and fries didn't make to the fireworks.

The ice maker was empty, and there were no napkins available in the dining area or provided with our trays. When I requested ketchup, I was told that my dining companion already had some. Overall, the restaurant was not very clean. On the bright side, the food was exactly what I expect from Zaxby's. Food: 5/5.
