Always in training!! Ice cream is amazing, but train them better and faster!!

Great hometown ice cream shop withThe BEST homemade ice creams! I love the holiday flavor peppermint oreo it totally rocks! (Yes, you can still get this! If you want a sweet treat anytime to satisfy that sweet tooth, why settle for a candy bar when you can get something really special like Bruster 's? Don 't forget the whipped cream and cherry! ??

I believe the recent review about a rude employee may have been in reference to Kyana (per my receipt). I just experienced her. Why so rude? Not only rude but rude we ordered two regular cake cones with sprinkles. She said she cannot put sprinkles on them because it makes a mess. We also ordered a baby cone which is always free. She charged us for the baby cone AND charged me for “extra toppings.” What extra toppings??? We’ve been coming here for years. Ridiculous

2/2/2024 around midday. Not sure if Brusters is going downhill in general, but not good experience here. Been to this location a few times and will not be returning. The ice cream was not fresh and very thin. Most previous times at Brusters, in my opinion, the ice cream is on the thicker side.My son barely got ice cream in his kid cup and it looked frost bitten. I was horrified to pay over $4 for his lousy looking portion. I assume they’re tying to save money by giving out less ice cream. Very disappointed for paying $10 for our ice cream date.The team members seemed miserable to be there. I’m assuming they’re not paid very well by Brusters, which I empathize with.Now I know not to come back moving forward. Back to Culver’s it is!
