Stuffed crust pizza was ok. The pizza had plenty of toppings. Pick up was simple and the pizza was ready when promised!

Smooth brains gave my order to someone else right before I came

Ordered 2 pizzas not long ago tonight. I just wanted to get home and eat my cheese pizza and pizza with mushrooms added. Should've checked them before leaving. They were both burnt. What a waste of

I stopped by this location to order a pizza. The guy making the food came to the front to take a few orders. He was very nice and courteous but after taking our order and handling money exchanges and touching the computers and card machines, he went right back to making food without washing his hands or wearing gloves. This would have been an immediate termination back in the day. I’m finding the focus of cleanliness in the food industry has declined tremendously. I asked for my money back and cancelled my order and left. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. Sad that the fast food industry is not putting more focus on hygiene in their restaurants. This may be one of the reasons for the decline in business in the fast food industry. It’s a deal breaker for me.

The pizza was hot and fresh, and actually tasted good! My rating is for the customer service. A few of employees in there were so rude. I went to pick up my pizza, and all I said was “hi how are you!, and gave one of the employees at the register my name for the order I placed online. I also arrived at the time I was asked to pick it up. The employee at the front register looked at me like I was inconveniencing him. Didn’t say hello or anything. I was the only customer in the store at the time. He picked up my pizza, silently handed to me, and then went back to talking with his coworker. I understand people have bad days, I get it. But don’t take it out on your customers who are paying for the food and are being friendly. Yikes.
