The manager is unorganized so the store is unorganized. The manager hardly be there. Making the crew scrambled. Most of the store has been fired due to work ethic being toxicity, from the manager talking about mess within the store to other workers and non workers causing confusion. It's a mess. But it can surely be fixed. No communication which is why the chicken never be fixed in time, everyone is scrambling with their heads cut off, or everyone fired and no one there to work-ever! How many times have you ever been on a shift and a manager was not present??? Well I have been. I never in my life been stranded on a job without a manager not being present. So many things could have happened to myself and the three workers I was with. And I volunteered to come in to help that day because they were short staffed. Very dangerous. The manager...general manager would not answer her phone. Instead waited for three hours to show up and then come in on her phone as if everything was normal. That's insane. I left. I can't take the toxic work ethic. Some people can but not me.

I just went there tonight, that location is truly the last resort like Walmart. NOBODY wants to work the lobby , KIDS was telling the grown manager what they was and wasn’t going to do. I walked in and nobody greeted me , Said please hold on every one ran to the drive through window it took for the manager to take my order. The service sucks! And the drive through line is horrible to be in so I went into the lobby. I won’t be going back to this one at all!

They charged me for sauce and ask for my chicken to be fresh and it wasn't manager got a attitude with me like she ain't want to be there.

Idk who he was but he was a tall dark skin guy cooking the food and it was so good.
