Starbucks Coffee - Murphyville

It took 30 minutes to make 2 drinks! I ordered in store but they were busy completing drive through orders instead of completing in the order received. I asked them about my order and they just totally ignored me.

Probably the worse Starbuck I’ve visited. No surprise reading the other reviews. The service is bad. No one called to tell us our drinks were ready, so I had to go check myself because it’s been awhile since I ordered.When I finally got my drink there was caramel spilling to the sides. Had to grab some napkins to wipe the side of the drinks and go wash my hands ?‍ definitely don’t recommend coming here and I won’t be back.

They can never get my order right. One day they're going to get sued for messing up an order. Especially FOR SOMEONE WITH A SEVERE EGG ALLERGY! This has happened 3x already!

There are usually enough staff on duty to deliver excellent services.There are some drinks offered for limited time, ie cookie crumbles, s'mores for those whom are in need of a sugar and caffeine buzz.Check for promo on Starbucks appThey do get busy

Very disappointing drive thru service. The sourdough grilled cheese sandwich was delicious though.
