Food seems to be consistently good but they seem to refuse to wipe tables in between

TO MANAGEMENT AND BRENT: I have been coming here for the last 10 years. I understand that sometimes servers are not in the best mood. But last week we witness Brent call Marlene a greedy B! then proceeded to yell at her in the back room . What I gathered is that Brent was upset that Marlene had customers request her. Now, I have had Brent serve us and his service is in line of that of a middle schooler at best, they maybe better. At one point when he was our server he sat down playing on his phone, when we asked him for something he completely ignored us so we asked another server when he noticed he replied whatever . On another occasion he brought 3 creamers for 3 coffees when we asked for more he brought 1. Let 's not get started on when we have to return something. These are only the few reasons why Brent, YOU are not our server PERIOD. But to management HOW? How do YOU allow this to happen? When John was the manager we never saw this happen. It 's a shame but I definitely feel this type of behavior towards a coworker is COMPLETELY unacceptable. IF he is allowed to do this in front of customers my question is what is he saying and how is he treating his coworkers when no one is looking?? DO BETTER!!

Ant and the shift lead, had an amazing customer service! Came around 7:45pm and the music was great, the food was amazing, they both need employees of the month ! Give them credit ! And the bathrooms were cleanParking: N/a

Go in and place my order. I noticed that my server wiped his nose with his bare hand and didn't wash them. I asked him how long he's been working there and he replied a long time. I told him whenever he wipes his nose with his hands while serving food, he should wash his hands. He immediately got an attitude and walked away. I'm disgusted with waffle house at this point. Waffle House scenic hwy, server in his 20s with a beard and nasty .
