Arby's - Murray

I miss potato cakes. The staff is always great! I haven't tried the burgers.

My boyfriend asked them to make my roast beef fresh because I’m pregnant so all lunch meat I eat has to be hot, and they made him wait ten minutes just to give him an almost cold sandwich which I can’t eat

First, this is Arby's which is fast food. Fast food will sometimes get a few things wrong with an oder and it is not a 4 star restaurant when it comes to food, so set your expectations as such. That being said, I work close so I have been coming here for a few years now and I do not remember them ever getting my order wrong (1 time I ordered the wrong thing but that was on me). The staff has always been friendly and I like their signs about “be nice to the staff because at least they slowed up” … – show

It's always a good place to eat with a variety of foods for everyone in my family

Man!, quality along with customer service has really gone out the window. Long gone are the days of good affordable fast food with a smile. Instead bad attitudes and questionable food quality. Curly fries aren't even curly anymore. The meat seems overly salty. 1 star because I can't put 0!
