Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Ya'll are awesome fixing last minute pizzas for us. Thank you very much you guys.

Placed an order online at 6:10 PM, said it will be ready at 6:44 PM. Get there at 7:20 only to discover they “forgot” about our order and said they would get started on it. After waiting for 30 additional minutes we go in to check and see if it’s ready only to find out they forgot yet again. Didn’t get our order until 8:10 after they close. No refunds or compensation for wasting our time was even considered. Will never be returning to this location again. Terrible customer service.

I loved the helpfulness of the staff. The cashier, Grey was very helpful and answered all my families questions very well! We got the cinnamon dessert and when we asked for extra sauce, Grey whipped it out and delivered. The speed of Grey was quick and the service was fast. The pizza was delicious! This a very convenient store for pizza night! : ????

Stopped in to grab some pizzas for lunch while doing work at my mom's house. Prep table was filthy. The cashier, Malaki, ignored a question he was asked, because he got right on his cell phone, waiting for the payment to go
