I would not recommend this place if you are looking for quick snacks or groceries. Most of their items are frozen foods and cookies. However, they do offer a selection of good health products.

This little shop has some of the basic vegan essentials like pea protein and nutritional yeast. We stopped in while passing through town and found the place with hope for some quick vegan road snacks. Alas, there wasn’t anything much available, but there’s some good supplies for those who don’t live near bigger organic health stores.
