Feedback gevenRude staff. My husband and I are on a low budget but were traveling through Utah as a special occasion. We had a coupon to use at this location which my husband was holding the entire time while ordering. When he got to the counter, he showed the coupon and the worker told him he could redeem it. Then they both realized he had been charged the full amount. Instead of fixing it, the manager came to the counter and said we would just have to use the coupon next time. We are traveling through. We already hit the redeem button, so we can’t use it again anyway. Plus we didn’t even get the receipt. I’m upset and very disappointed in how this was resolved.
Table dirty and the older woman working was rude. Also, she kept slamming my sandwiches on counter after making them.
Every time I visit this location I regret it. Staff is unprofessional, either talking on the phone while making your order or cussing every other word while talking amongst each other. Last time I visited, they accused customers of stealing their tip money while openly talking about how customers suck at tipping… in front of customers waiting to put in their order. That’s the last time I’ll ever go back.
I’m not surprised to see so many bad reviews for this location. Worst employees ever! Disrespectful and unprofessional. During our visit this evening, they charged me for something we didn’t order but I decided not to argue, among other things. Save yourself the headache and find a different Subway location or restaurant.
Got the rotisserie chicken wrap and ended up with food poisoning. It was the only thing I ate that day due to traveling so it’s an obvious where it came from. Ruined subway for a long time for me, I was miserable. The employees were lost when ordering as well. Do not recommend this location.
