Feedback gevenBad experience in any restaurant I was mainly a cracker barrel, all are in the regular top note, which is why cracker barrel is the family first choice when it is out. but this experience has changed our view. to find two long curly hairs wrapped in the food of my daughter after she had a few bites. she pulled out a hair and found another and began to pull it out until I told her they didn't touch it, leave it so and I went to tell the manager. the manager took the plate and quickly got my daughter a new dish, but she was when we hesitate to eat our food for fear, we could find more hair in our dressed at the end. the waitress has done a good job to check us out, and she is not responsible for the haare, as these haare were under the food, so it came out of the kitchen and was not from her. Apparently they don't wear hair nets in the kitchen where they prepare to eat. but this experience will be certain ursache is to hesitate, dinate or order from cracker barrel, which is sad because we are in the rule in or take on our way to home 2-3 times per week.
Standard Cracker Barrel fare, but I ordered over the Cracker Barrel app for the first time. It qasn't as smooth as it should be, with food coming out 20 minutes past the app-recommended pick up time. The people were very nice, though.
I had the best experience today with an outstanding conscientious server, Taylor. She was personable with the customers, paid attention to the details of each order, and displayed proficient soft skills. Kudos to Taylor for making my dining experience exceptional!!
We live in Murrells Inlet SC. We had our great niece and her children visit.So we went to Cracker Barrel. Food was garbage. The coffee was very weak, the buscuits were almost half the size and old. The Grits are usually the best. You can't get plain grits, only come with cheese. Eggs were cold, thick bacon was paper thin, sausage pattys were grey and dry. The waitress was uncaring. After she took our order she was totally unconnected with our table.A suggestion would be the person who took your order should be the one that delivers the order. The waitress/waiter that takes the order is aware of your request. The staff does not care if the customer food was not right. This place sucks. I will never eat here again. Bad food, bad service and bad organization. It's a shame.
Food is very good and staff were friendly. Love their gift store. Would've given 5 stars if the food was served hot, not warm. But I would go back
