Carl's Jr. - Murrieta

I would give zero stars if possible for the awful service at this restaurant! They forgot to add a patty to my order, and when I politely informed them, Vanessa, who I'm not sure if she's a manager or not, was extremely rude. She had an attitude because she had messed up my order and handled my things without wearing any gloves. Handling money and touching food without proper hygiene is super unsanitary and unacceptable. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had! I strongly recommend avoiding this store at all costs!

Bad Experience Overall Once I placed my order I didn't get any notification on my order. Secondly, the delivery driver was rude at my gate he just yelled GrubHub into the intercom. Once I buzzed him in he left my food on my step and didn't even come onto my porch. He was so fast my ring camera didn't pick him up. Then the fries were salty, the burger was put together poorly and feel apart. I won't be ordering anything again.

I have rarely encountered service as exceptional as the one I experienced at this restaurant. The cashier, Nicholas, went above and beyond to assist me when I encountered an issue with my app order. Despite the app not allowing the offer again, Nicholas was kind enough to help me place the order in person. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable. I highly recommend Carl's Jr Murrieta for their outstanding staff.

Unfortunately, the reviewer did not have any money, so they were forced to offer their baby as payment instead. This is a tragic and concerning situation.
